Villa Lenu is a newly built classic style villa in the heart of Seminyak and directly across the road from the beach. Just a few minutes walk from the famous clubs, restaurants and shops of Seminyak. Located directly between Mexicola and Ku De Ta and only 100m from Seminyak Square where you’ll find padel courts, a gym, large convenience mart, local markets, shops, ATM’s and money exchange. The villa is extremely quiet and private. All you will hear are the odd fireworks in the evening and the birds chirping in the morning.

The owner, a practicing artist, lives on-site with her rescue cat, Manis in a self-contained apartment and is available 24/7 for any of your needs. If the owner is away during your stay there will be overnight security on-site. Four full-time staff are also at the villa daily from 7am to 9pm to ensure you do not lift a finger. Your room will be serviced each morning followed by a turn-down service in the evening. Daily breakfast is included upon request and consists of barista coffee, variety of milks, juices, fresh fruit, bacon, eggs, muesli, fresh bread and condiments.
